Thoughts – I really enjoyed the story and was intrigued, the story of Juliette and her having the special gift. She’s unable to touch anyone then something happens… it was an accident. The story kept me on the edge of my seat, until the end. When I finished the book and tried to read the second book, I couldn’t remember anything that happened in the book. I didn’t pick up anymore books in the Shatter Me series. Maybe one day I will give it another try.

Title – The Book Thief

Thoughts – I loved the storyline of this book, it started off with action and followed through. I didn’t like how abusive Cardan was, how they went from hating each other to in love. I feel like I didn’t believe the relationship, some of the things that he did I wasn’t surprised by. I loved how Vivian was constantly herself no matter what anyone thought. I didn’t care for Taryn even at the end I couldn’t stand her. Overall I enjoyed the book and I would recommend it!

Thoughts – I ABSOLUTELY loved this book, every bit of Evie and her sneaky, scheming, self. Evie was constantly in to trouble and trying to show her gift as a party trick. I love Evie’s character in the way that she was strictly business when it was time. She didn’t play around but she got herself in some crazy situations.

Thoughts – I have enjoyed each book in the series but for some reason this one just didn’t do it for me. It took me forever to finish this, the story just felt like it dragged on. Things were happening and they weren’t getting solved. I love Thomas Creswell and Audrey Rose, I felt like this book Audrey Rose found another side of herself. Overall I enjoyed it, it was just a little slow.

Title – Siege and Storm

Author – Leigh Bardugo

Genre – YA, fantasy, romance

Rating – ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Format – e-book/audiobook

Thoughts – I started reading this some time at the end of last year physically, I put it down because I was just bored. I picked up the audiobook to finish, and I actually enjoyed the rest of it. I’m not sure if I’m going to read the last book but I guess I may as well at this point. I love Mal but Alina is getting power hungry.

Title – Six of Crows

Author – Leigh Bardugo

Genre – YA, fantasy

Rating – 5 stars

Format – audiobook

Thoughts – I absolutely loved this, I wasn’t successful reading it physically I tried 3 times. It was confusing I was sure how to pronounce some of the names and it was following a lot of people. I picked up the audiobook and listened to it through the first time, I enjoyed it but thought I needed to listen to it again to get a thorough understanding. Once I finished it the first time, I immediately started it over. The gaps started filling in and I was really understanding and falling in love with the characters and the story. I really love all of them Kaz, Inej, Matthias, Nina, Wylan, and Jesper. Literally all of each of them has a person, it’s really cute. The banter and flirting between Jesper and Wylan. Nina being herself and not caring what anyone thinks, Inej being a badass and constantly showing why she’s needed. Matthias wants to be this big mean guy so bad when really he’s such a sweetheart who had his heart broken. 😩 I just want Nina and Matthias to be together. Kaz is so funny and he’s too crazy. I really loved Six of a Crows and can’t wait to read Crooked Kingdom!! NO MOURNERS, NO FUNERALS!!!
