“Multiverse travel is finally possible, but there’s just one catch: No one can visit a world where their counterpart is still alive. Enter Cara, whose parallel selves happen to be exceptionally good at dying—from disease, turf wars, or vendettas they couldn’t outrun. Cara’s life has been cut short on 372 worlds in total.
On this dystopian Earth, however, Cara has survived. Identified as an outlier and therefore a perfect candidate for multiverse travel, Cara is plucked from the dirt of the wastelands. Now what once made her marginalized has finally become an unexpected source of power. She has a nice apartment on the lower levels of the wealthy and walled-off Wiley City. She works—and shamelessly flirts—with her enticing yet aloof handler, Dell, as the two women collect off-world data for the Eldridge Institute. She even occasionally leaves the city to visit her family in the wastes, though she struggles to feel at home in either place. So long as she can keep her head down and avoid trouble, Cara is on a sure path to citizenship and security.
But trouble finds Cara when one of her eight remaining doppelgängers dies under mysterious circumstances, plunging her into a new world with an old secret. What she discovers will connect her past and her future in ways she could have never imagined—and reveal her own role in a plot that endangers not just her world but the entire multiverse.”
My thoughts : I really enjoyed this sci-fi story. It kept me intrigued, I felt the writing was very different. Which I think made me enjoy this via audiobook so much more. I picked up the ebook but I wasn’t getting through it like I was the audiobook alone. I decided to put down the ebook and it was a great choice. The main character can walk worlds which she does for a living. While working the girl she loves can’t but can’t stand. As well as having 8 doppelgängers, but when one of them dies under mysterious circumstances. She must go back to that world to figure out why. This book has diversity within the characters and great banter. I honestly wish this book had a sequel because I would read it in a heartbeat. I loved this book from the moment I picked it up and would definitely read it again. I rated this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars.
My thoughts : I picked this in the beginning of the month via audiobook. It was a random purchase from Libro.fm. I liked the characters and enjoyed the world building. The book was enjoyable but not memorable. I know there’s another book in the series but I’m not interested in the book to continue on. I more than likely don’t see myself picking this up again. I rated this ⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars.
My thoughts : This was a Sci-fi story about an AI who loves music and a young girl who loves books but both are illegal. I really enjoyed this story and the characters. I love reading books about people who love books. I gave this a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ star rating.

My thoughts : I fell in LOVE with HeartStopper and Nick and Charlie. This graphic novel series is a LGTBQ+ romance about two guys who meet in school. Charlie is in a toxic relationship when him and Nick meet. They become friends and things flow from there. I binged all three volumes in one sitting at like 2:00 am and I don’t regret it. Nick and Charlie have been on my mind since and I can’t wait to pick up Vol 4. Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
My thoughts : When I read this book I decided to go the audiobook and ebook route. Which honestly was a great choice in the long run. My thoughts : This is the second installment in the Ancestor Trilogy. I didn’t enjoy this book as much as the first. I started to just not really care about anything that was going on in the book. That’s not to say it wasn’t good I just think I was ready to read other things. I don’t see myself picking up the last book only because I was so uninterested in the second. I rated this ⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars.
My thoughts : Ring Shout I picked up on a whim, I had also purchased this on Libro.fm some time ago. I decided it was time to go ahead to and give it a listen especially seeing as how it was such a quick read. This is a historical fantasy with a supernatural twist. This story follows a young girls that’s fighting monsters called “Ku Kluxes”. I really enjoyed this short in captivating read. I thought it was truly interesting and a great novella. I rated it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

My thoughts : As many of you know I’m not a romance reader at all and I could care less. But this, this book right here OMG. This book was hilarious I was laughing just about half way through this book. This book follows a hate to love romance between the bridesmaid and best man. When everyone except them at the wedding has food poisoning. The bride her twin sister asks her to go on her Honeymoon instead with the Best Man whom she can’t stand. I listened to this entire book all the way through while I was working without pausing. I loved it so much, it has me curious to pick up more books from Christina Lauren. I rated this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
